Celebrating our new look!

What are the new additions-

Well basically we have updated the home page to make it easier to navigate the site.

Plus the addition of a new shop front which will be launched shortly, offering your favorite images on cards, posters and even some selected items.

Update your Bio-(photographers only) !

Make sure you update your bio, if you haven't yet done so. The new feature allows you to Upload a bio picture & some information you'd like to share. We and our members want to get to know you, so don't be shy!

New for 2010.

keep a look out for our upcoming newsletter. BotanicPhotos will be undergoing a few changes shortly, all for the better :) We are adding more resources to our members area adding a recommended reading room and adding a "find a photographer" feature for our clients and a special surprise we are keeping to ourselves :)

We look forward to 2010 being a fantastic year for all!

RESOURCES PAGE UPDATED

New Tutorial added for using the Free image editing software GIMP, so if you don't already use Photoshop or a simliar editing program, I suggest you check it out.

It is also useful for new members to understand the sizing of images for Botanic Photos.

ATTENTION PHOTOGRAPHERS NEW BIO FEATURE FOR YOUR GALLERY!

If you haven't been to your My Profile area for a while, check it out soon!

We have added an area for you to upload a profile image and a bio area, so let us get to know you.

Your profile photo and the bio will appear on your gallery page.

Thanks for your contributions and suggestions for improvements. We are working on more changes, like adding the photographers name to our search function, and links for you to promote your work.
